Job summary

FosterThomas is seeking a General Ledger Implementation Consultant to manage GL interface mapping and configuration for U.S. payroll clients. You will analyze client COA, perform mappings, and ensure accurate file outputs to meet client needs.

The role requires 1–3 years in accounting or bookkeeping, ADP payroll experience, and strong Excel skills. Collaboration with clients and team members is essential to drive successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Advanced facilitation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; basic math skills.
• Proficient in PC navigation.
• Payroll experience, especially ADP Payroll products.
• Experience with ADP GL or ADPGLI.
• At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or experience.
• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proven experience with high volume clients, problem resolution, and client service.
• Project management and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet client expectations and collaborate effectively.
• Basic data analysis background.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client chart of accounts and mapping requirements.
• Configure the application and ensure correct file output based on client needs.
• Serve as subject matter expert for GL interface mapping and configuration.
