Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Tempe to translate complex product offerings into seamless client onboarding experiences. You will implement GL interfaces, customize configurations, and guide clients to proficiency with ADP solutions.

The role requires strong project coordination and customer-service skills, with the ability to partner with multiple internal teams to ensure successful rollouts and ongoing client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working in a Business-to-Business client service/customer service environment or systems integration environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent in education and experience
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons

Responsibilities

• Implement ADP's General Ledger (GL) interface and GL-related Integration solutions in accordance with client expectations and ADP guidelines.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to lead the workflow of the group.
• Apply industry and product knowledge to optimize General Ledger configurations and product upgrades.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through timely solution delivery within client-defined timeliness.
• Collaborate with various departments to load and convert client data to ADP's solutions
• Remain engaged with client throughout implementation until GL solutions are running successfully.
