Tundra Technical Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a GK POS Technical Lead with 8+ years' experience in Retail/QSR POS systems and store operations. The candidate should have hands-on Java/J2EE development, strong production support leadership, and proven ability to manage POS integrations with ERP, OMS, payment gateways, and eCommerce platforms.
This role requires leading onsite and offshore teams, driving SLA adherence, RCA quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating
8+ years of experience in Retail/QSR POS systems and store operations.
Strong experience with GK POS / GK Retail Store Commerce (highly preferred).
Proven track record of leading L3 Production Support and large-scale retail transformation initiatives.
Experience working in client-facing, onshore leadership roles.
A strong GK POS Technical Lead with deep Retail/QSR domain expertise, hands-on Java development experience, proven Production Support leadership, solid understanding of POS integrations and architecture, and exposure to cloud technologies.
The candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills and be capable of driving mission-critical retail support and transformation programs.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
