Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions in the United States (Charlotte, NC area) is seeking a seasoned Technology Delivery Program Manager to lead complex data initiatives and oversee multi-team delivery efforts. You will drive end-to-end programs spanning ingestion, transformation, storage and analytics, coordinating engineering, architecture, security, and governance to achieve strategic outcomes.

• 5+ years delivering cloud-based data analytics solutions.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of large data platform initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, security, infrastructure, data governance and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, roadmaps, milestones and release schedules.
• Oversee budget, scope, resource utilization and delivery metrics.
• Address risks, issues, blockers and dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management and release management.
• Lead technical discussions with architects, engineers and business stakeholders.
• Provide executive reporting and stakeholder communication.

Requirements and Experience

• 8 years of Technology Delivery Program Management Technical Project Leadership experience


• 5 years delivering cloud based Data Analytics solutions


• Proven experience leading end to end delivery of largescale data platform initiatives


• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects across data ingestion transformation storage analytics and reporting


• Experience coordinating cross functional teams including Engineering Architecture Security Infrastructure Data Governance and Business stakeholders

Technical and Methodology

• Strong understanding of:


• Software Development Lifecycle SDLC


• DevOps practices


• DataOps practices

Delivery Management

• Proven ability to manage:


• Project plans roadmaps milestones and release schedules


• Budget scope resource utilization and delivery metrics


• Risks issues blockers and dependency management

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $34.21/hour - $53.45/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
