We are seeking a Back of House (BOH) Support Engineer with mandatory hands‑on experience supporting Crunchtime in enterprise restaurant environments.
The role will focus on production support, incident management, application troubleshooting, POS integrations, inventory and labor systems, and restaurant operations technology within QSR environments.
Provide L2/L3 production support for Crunchtime Inventory, Labor, Operations, and Reporting modules.
Troubleshoot application, data synchronization, inventory, labor, reporting, and restaurant operations issues.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive permanent resolution of recurring incidents.
Support integrations between Crunchtime, POS systems, delivery aggregators, reporting platforms, and third-party applications.
Monitor application health, review logs, and proactively identify operational issues.
Work closely with restaurant operations teams, vendors, and engineering teams to resolve critical incidents.
Support software deployments, upgrades, UAT activities, and production releases.
Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets while meeting SLA commitments.
Troubleshoot restaurant technology hardware including printers, tablets, controllers, and networking components.
Analyze data and application issues using SQL, logs, and diagnostic tools.
Mandatory experience supporting Crunchtime applications in a production environment.
5+ years of experience in QSR or restaurant technology support.
Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Labor Management, Restaurant Operations, and Reporting.
Experience supporting POS systems and restaurant technology integrations.
Strong incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA skills.
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
Experience with log analysis, network diagnostics, and production support.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting big QSR brands.
Knowledge of Wireshark, Putty, Windows administration, and network troubleshooting.
Exposure to Android/iOS device support.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and restaurant reporting platforms.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $38.14/hour - $59.59/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
