Gilead Community Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN for a 35-hour day shift residential nursing role split between our Clinton, CT program and Old Saybrook, CT adolescent program.
The Program Nurse advocates for wellbeing and stability, oversees health-related medical care, and coordinates with non-medical staff. Requirements include RN license in CT, BSN preferred, five years in mental health/substance use, valid driver’s license, and CNCS in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing

Gilead is looking for an experienced RN to fill a 35-hour a day shift residential nursing role split between our Clinton, CT adult residential support program and Old Saybrook, CT adolescent residential program. The Program Nurse is responsible for ensuring and advocating for the well‑being and stability of individuals through the support of non‑medical staff members. The RN also oversees health‑related medical care and pharmacological issues. Applicants must demonstrate competence in and knowledge of community treatment, psychopharmacology, and crisis intervention.
This is a non‑union position and pays $40.35 - $45.00 per hour dependent on level of education and experience
