We are looking for a hands‑on and experienced Field Operations Supervisor to lead on‑site teams across Exoben’s projects.
In this role, you will supervise technicians, coordinate daily field activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
You will act as the link between field teams and central operations, ensuring clear communication and smooth execution.
You will also monitor work quality and ensure compliance with standards.
