Job summary

Exoben is building large-scale manufacturing facilities designed to produce advanced battery systems for global deployment. We are seeking a Gigafactory Operations Manager to lead operations at our United States site, overseeing production, workforce management, logistics and efficiency.

You will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality and cost control, coordinating across production, engineering, supply chain and maintenance teams to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in large-scale manufacturing operations is required.
• Understanding of facility management, production systems and workforce coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and leadership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility.
• Manage production output, scheduling and workforce coordination.
• Ensure safety and compliance across all operations.
• Monitor performance and drive operational efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams.
• Manage resources, equipment and facility performance.
• Identify operational risks and implement solutions.
• Support scaling of production capacity.
