The position requires a high school diploma with retail experience, valid driver's license, and a willingness to train volunteers. It offers full-time hours at AdventHealth's Palm Coast facility.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in retail sales and management
• Driver's license required

• Associate degree preferred

Responsabilidades

• Accurately performs cashier duties and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Orders, receives, and maintains inventory including tagging new merchandise.

• Merchandises products and maintains a safe, orderly environment.
• Assists customers with purchases and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Prepares and advertises sales to promote store activity.
• Trains volunteers in daily operations and customer service.
• Reconciles monthly credit card statements for financial accuracy.
• Provides monthly purchase activity reports to the Foundation Director.
• Markets the gift shop to increase sales and net profit.

Job Description:

• Accurately performs cashier duties, payroll deduction transactions, and cash drawer reconciliation.
• Orders, receives, and maintains inventory, including processing and tagging new merchandise.
• Facilitates system upgrades to support operational efficiency.
• Merchandises products and maintains a safe, orderly, and customer-friendly environment.
• Assists customers with purchases and inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Prepares, coordinates, and advertises sales to promote store activity.
• Trains Volunteers in daily operations and customer service.
• Prepares bi-weekly payroll deduction for submission to Payroll.
• Reconciles monthly credit card statements to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provides monthly purchase activity reports to the Foundation Director.
• Actively markets and promotes the gift shop to increase annual sales and net profit.
• Maintains compliance with safety standards and store organization protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Comply with departmental policies and procedures. [Required]

• Basic computer skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$41,516.80 - $77,188.80
