Nugget-Casino-Resort is seeking a Gift Shop Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, guest service, staff supervision, purchasing, merchandising, and inventory accuracy. The role includes reporting to hotel operations leadership and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.

The position requires 3+ years in retail management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The Gift Shop manager will lead a team, monitor safety, and drive sales growth.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a retail management/supervisory position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Mansioni

• Meet with sales representatives to determine appropriate merchandise and pricing for the gift shop.
• Order and receive merchandise for store inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and correct inventory errors.
• Develop, implement, and maintain processes to reduce inventory shortage.
• Prepare reports such as month-to-date revenues, profit and loss statements, inventory status and payroll information.
