Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Customer Service - Be part of the leadership of volunteers and professionals in fulfilling the Mission of the Gift Shop, with its focus on the health and comfort of patients and their families.
• Daily Operations and Shop Procedures - Assist in daily operations of the Gift Shop. Monitor opening and/or closing of the cash register and security of the cash receipts.
• Merchandising and Merchandise Selection - Select merchandise and place orders, manage inventory and documentation for assigned merchandise departments.
• Confidentiality - Act in manner that maintains confidentiality, protects and safeguards patient/family personal medical and financial information at all times.
