Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have exceptional guest service skills.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Must be customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic math knowledge and cash handling experience.
• Must be a team player and reliable.
• Ability to operate general office equipment.
• Ability to receive and comply with verbal directives.
• Ability to interact positively under pressure and adapt to fluctuating customer service demands.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license and a MASt Class 12 Mixologist Permit.

Responsibilities

• Follows register operations policies and procedures.
• Enforces compliance for age-restricted sales.
• Provide outstanding service by greeting and assisting every customer.
• Maintain awareness of promotions and advertisements.
• Ring on registers accurately and maintain cash and paperwork at registers.
• Communicate customer requests to management.
• Maintain orderly appearance of register area and rotate stock for expiration dates.
• Count money in cash drawers at shift start and end.
• Comply with store policies and security procedures.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
