Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner.
• Communicates menu offerings to guests.
• Assists guests in making beer selections based on preferences and offers tastes.
• Takes and delivers food and beverage orders of brewery guests accurately and timely.
• Maintains knowledge of beers and special offers.
• Serves and refills beverages to guests.
• Ensures work stations are stocked, neat, and sanitary.
• Performs daily side work to keep the area clean and running smoothly.
