Job summary

Bloomingdale’s Gift Registry Supervisor in Atlanta, GA is responsible for driving registry goals and coaching a team of concierges to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will guide registrants from start to finish, becoming a merchandise and service expert with a focus on Home products.

You will build client relationships, manage multiple online and in-store interactions, and partner with the Business Manager to plan events, review goals, and mentor new hires while striving to exceed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet.
