Coach in Atlanta is seeking a Lead Supervisor I to uphold a strong leadership presence on the sales floor, driving sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead execution of company initiatives and support the full operation of the store, including recruiting and training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in managing retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Strong leadership and training capabilities.
• Comfort with analyzing sales data to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and supports full operation of the business.
• Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to improve store performance.
• Supports store with recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training as needed.
• Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual and team performance.
