Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional welcome to clients and maintain outstanding hospitality throughout their visit.
• Manage boutique traffic flow to ensure timely client attention.
• Assist sales team with activities to facilitate a seamless customer experience (product handling, gift wrapping, beverages, data capture).
• Oversee upkeep and appearance of the sales floor.
• Assist service department with repair intake and delivery.
• Support Rolex client experience and merchandising/display maintenance.
• Develop product knowledge and understand security/operational procedures.
• Adhere to Brown & Co standards and dress code while remaining approachable.
• Contribute to special projects and events as needed.
