Job summary

InComm Payments seeks a Gift Card Operations Manager II to validate end-to-end experiences for new Gift Cards, coordinating testing with cross-functional teams and reporting issues to drive quality.

You will design test cases, purchase test cards at partner locations, execute tests, and document artifacts while staying highly responsive to business needs and customer-centric in approach.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in customer service, project management or analytical role.
• Strong technical and business acumen.
• Extremely organized with ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Highly responsive to business needs and able to adjust plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing efforts with the project team to define scope and timeline.
• Design test cases around new product features/functions.
• Purchase test cards at local partner locations and validate user experience.
• Execute various test cases to ensure product functionality.
• Document testing process and artifacts.
• Report results and issues to the project team and raise concerns about UX.
