Job summary

PreBorn is seeking a Matching Gifts and Gift Attribution Specialist for our Indianapolis headquarters. You will identify, attribute, and record corporate matching gifts, pass-through contributions, grant gifts, and other third-party donations with precision.

The role collaborates across Administrative Operations, Donor Relations, Development, Finance, and Reporting to resolve exceptions and ensure revenue is accurately credited and acknowledged.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Two+ years in gift processing or nonprofit operations.
• Strong data accuracy and research skills.
• Experience with donor records and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process Matching Gifts.
• Research and process Pass-Through Giving.
• Research, review, process, and report Grant Gift Attribution.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve exceptions.
• Follow up with Donors, Employers, and internal teams.
• Manage platforms and vendor relationships.
• Prepare reports and drive process improvements.
• Support General Administrative Operations.
