2+ years of foundation or endowment accounting experience.
Knowledge of unrestricted and restricted funds.
Experience with contributions and pledge accounting.
Blackbaud accounting experience.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Strong data entry and accounting accuracy.
Able to work independently and self-check work.
Direct, collaborative, and low-drama communication style.

Responsibilities

Enter and verify foundation contributions.
Document and maintain pledge records.
Process recurring donations and deposits.
Reconcile deposits and account activity.
Process low-volume AP and AR.
Assist with grant requests and fund releases.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
Support donor and fund communications.
