Job summary

Phathom Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales in Georgia and surrounding areas. You will engage Gastroenterologists, APPs, and select PCPs, build territory plans, and coordinate with regional teams to exceed targets.

You will maintain deep product knowledge, manage CRM and reporting, travel as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. This role offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years or more of medical sales experience or one year pharmaceutical sales (GI preferred).
• Proven track record of sales success and launching new products.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Able to build relationships with office staff and customers.
• Willingness to travel and operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed goals.
• Maintain advanced product and disease state knowledge for effective HCP engagement.
• Develop territory plans with Regional Sales Manager and SAS.
• Collaborate with marketing, training, and sales operations to execute plans.
• Use CRM effectively and manage expense reporting.
