Job summary

Bausch Health Companies Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in Seattle to drive product adoption and execute a territory plan for Salix GI products.

You will educate healthcare providers, deliver high-quality customer service, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize access and sales. The role requires 2+ years in pharmaceutical or B2B sales with strong relationship skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Resides in or near assigned geography.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and sell on clinical attributes for approved indications within a defined geography.
• Develop and execute territory/account plans to achieve business results.
• Educate healthcare providers on appropriate product prescribing.
• Provide patient support resources and reimbursement information.
• Complete training and certification for all responsible products and disease states.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with territory analytics.
