Qualifications

• CRCST certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-the-job training for SPD, ENDO and OR staff.
• Demonstrate proper sterile processing and surgical setup practices.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to staff.
• Maintain training records and competency checklists.
• Collaborate with supervisors and OR leadership to identify training needs.
