Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient care by applying nursing process and evidence-based practice.
• Assesses and evaluates patient care needs using critical thinking.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate care plans.
• Prioritizes patient care activities including teaching, rounds, and discharge planning.
• Educates patients and families about the plan of care, transitions, and health promotion.
