Mayo Clinic is seeking an Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care and education in the outpatient GI Endoscopy setting. The RN may cross-cover in intake and must monitor patients post-anesthesia, ensuring safety and discharge readiness.

ACLS certification is expected within the first 3–6 months. Strong communication, teamwork and EMR proficiency are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• One year RN experience required in most Mayo Clinic units.
• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program or equivalent with RN licensure.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Deliver direct patient care and patient education in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with GI Endoscopy team; cross-cover as needed.
• Complete focused history and pre-procedure assessments in intake.
• Monitor patients post-anesthesia and ensure discharge criteria are met.
