Job summary

Taurus Endoscopy is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support GI/endoscopy procedures across the Eastern United States. You will train clinicians, provide real-time guidance in procedures, and collect detailed feedback to inform product launches and future Taurus technology.

The role emphasizes clinical case support and education over sales, with significant regional travel and close collaboration with leadership to shape our early-stage launch.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in gastroenterology or endoscopy.
• Experience training physicians and clinical staff on medical devices.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% and cover regional cases.

Responsibilities

• Support endoscopic procedures using Taurus products and provide real-time technical guidance during cases.
• Develop training content; proctor and train physicians, nurses, and endoscopy technicians on device prep, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Support new-account evaluations, onboarding, and go-live activities.
• Capture structured case and device-performance data during early clinical use.
• Gather feedback and identify unmet clinical needs and workflow challenges for product improvement.
• Translate clinical observations into actionable feedback for leadership and development teams.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and hospital stakeholders.
• Maintain field inventory, account activity, and CRM documentation.
