Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineering Cross Product Team Lead for the GhostEye V120 program, onsite in Tewksbury, MA. You will lead the GhostEye Systems Engineering team, serving as the primary contact for customer and internal leadership.

The role requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in defense programs, with strong leadership and communications skills. Security clearance is required to start.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in GhostEye/LTAMDS Programs (or similar) system design, development, integration/verification, production, and sustainment
• Demonstrated experience in strategic development, customer interface, or contract capture in the Defense Industry
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Preferred: Earned Value Certification; ability to lead teams across multi-geographical locations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Systems point of contact for the GhostEye program with the customer senior technical counterparts and internal senior program management and engineering leadership.
• Provide technical and functional leadership to Systems Organization supporting the GhostEye V120 program across the product line.
• Coordinate, write, and deliver technical presentations to internal and external customers.
• Demonstrate ability to prioritize and de-conflict tasks based on accurate assessment of priorities.
