Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• Ten years of Systems Engineering or multi-disciplined engineering experience
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and IPTs (10+ people)
• Experience delivering customer/management level briefings
• Strong leadership and program management skills with metrics and governance

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the SE CPT lead to drive execution of Systems Engineering scope across LTAMDS and GhostEye portfolios
• Track progress with execution team leads and program leads; identify issues and opportunities
• Prepare and review EAC, R&O boards, and risk boards; support program staffing and governance
• Provide coaching to leads on EAC positions and variance analysis
• Coordinate with functional leads to support staffing and execution
