Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineering Cross Product Team Lead for the GhostEye V120 program, onsite in Tewksbury, MA. You will lead the GhostEye Systems Engineering team, serving as the primary contact for customer and internal leadership.

The GhostEye SE CPTL is responsible for leading the GhostEye Systems Engineering team’s execution of all Systems Engineering scope across the GhostEye Product Line. What you will do:

• Work with other IPT/CPT leads from the various functions and products Serve as the primary Systems point of contact for the GhostEye program with the customer senior technical counterparts and internal senior program management and engineering leadership.
• Provide technical and functional leadership to Systems Organization supporting the GhostEye V120 program, which will require Broad knowledge of the technology and concepts of radars and associated products Broad knowledge and understanding of the process and requirements of maintaining compliance with all export and import controls Ability to promote collaboration and drive alignment across Raytheon business units, functions and programs as well with external partners and customers.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
