Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in food manufacturing, CPG, food service, or a comparable environment.
• 3+ years of demand and materials planning experience in a food production environment.
• Experience managing raw ingredients, finished products, and perishable or shelf-life-sensitive inventory.
• Advanced Excel skills, including planning trackers and large data sets.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience managing inventory against budget or working-capital targets.
• Experience working directly with suppliers on shortages, lead times, and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Own demand & materials planning across ingredients, packaging, and finished goods; translate demand into purchasing and production requirements.
• Balance inventory investment against working-capital targets while ensuring availability and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with procurement to execute strategy and manage supplier lead times and shortages.
• Oversee warehousing and distribution; support WMS and ERP/MRP rollouts for improved flow and accuracy.
• Build Excel planning trackers from large data extracts and own key supply chain KPIs.
• Ensure GMP, SQF, FSQA compliance and proper lot traceability for perishable inventory.
