Job summary

KLA Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end operations for a ghost kitchen network. You will manage demand planning, materials planning, inventory control, and distribution, ensuring ingredients, packaging, and finished goods are available on time while controlling costs.

You will develop planning trackers in Excel, lead procurement coordination, and help implement WMS and ERP/MRP improvements across multiple locations, including safety and compliance for perishable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in food manufacturing, CPG, food service, or similar environment.
• 3+ years of demand and materials planning in a food production setting.
• Experience managing raw ingredients, finished products, and perishable inventory.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build planning trackers from large datasets.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own demand and materials planning across raw ingredients, packaging, and manufactured SKUs.
• Balance inventory investment with working-capital targets while minimizing waste and aging risk.
• Collaborate with procurement to execute strategy and resolve shortages or lead times.
• Oversee warehousing, receiving, storage, picking, and outbound fulfillment to kitchen locations.
• Build and maintain supply chain KPIs and reporting; support WMS/ERP/MRP enhancements.
