Job summary

The Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end operations for a ghost kitchen concept. You will drive demand and materials planning, manage inventory, coordinate procurement, and oversee warehousing and outbound distribution to kitchen locations.

You will build Excel-based planning trackers, track KPIs, support WMS/ERP initiatives, ensure food safety compliance, and balance working capital with available service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in food manufacturing, CPG, or food service.
• 3+ years of demand and materials planning in a food production environment.
• Experience managing raw ingredients, finished products, and perishable inventory.
• Advanced Excel skills and large data set analysis.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience managing inventory against budget or working-capital targets.
• Experience working with suppliers on shortages, lead times, and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Demand & materials planning across ingredients, packaging, and finished goods.
• Inventory management balancing working capital with availability and shelf life.
• Procurement & suppliers collaboration to execute strategy.
• Oversee warehousing and outbound distribution to kitchen locations; support WMS rollout.
• Build Excel planning trackers and own supply chain KPIs.
• Support GMP, SQF, FSQA, and lot traceability controls for perishable inventory.
