Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in New York to own end-to-end supply chain operations for a ghost kitchen concept. You will handle demand planning, materials planning, inventory management, purchasing coordination, warehousing, and outbound distribution at the core facilities and kitchen locations.

You will drive planning accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and support GMP/SQF compliance while collaborating with procurement and operations on new business lines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in food manufacturing, CPG, food service, or similar environment.
• 3+ years of demand and materials planning experience in a food production environment.

Responsibilities

• Own demand & materials planning across raw ingredients, packaging, finished goods, and manufactured SKUs.
• Balance inventory investment against working-capital targets while maintaining availability and waste control.
• Collaborate with procurement on shortages, lead times, and supplier communication.
• Oversee warehousing, receiving, storage, inventory movement, and outbound fulfillment to kitchen locations.
• Build Excel planning trackers from large data extracts and own supply chain KPIs.
• Support GMP, SQF, FSQA, lot traceability, and proper controls for perishable inventory.
