Job summary

MDS Staffing is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain operations for a ghost kitchen concept. You will manage demand planning, materials planning, inventory control, procurement, warehousing, and outbound distribution to ensure right ingredients, packaging, and finished goods are available on time while controlling costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in food manufacturing or comparable environment.
• 3+ years of demand and materials planning experience.
• Experience managing raw ingredients, finished products, and perishable inventory.
• Advanced Excel skills, including planning trackers and large data sets.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience budgeting or working-capital targets in inventory.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers on shortages and lead times.

Responsibilities

• Own demand & materials planning across raw ingredients, packaging, finished goods, and manufactured SKUs.
• Translate demand into purchasing, production and inventory requirements; support S&OP.
• Balance inventory against working-capital targets while ensuring availability and controlling waste.
• Oversee procurement collaboration, supplier relationships, shortages and lead times.
• Partner with Operations to manage warehousing, receiving, storage, picking and outbound fulfillment.
• Build Excel planning trackers and own supply chain KPIs; support WMS/ERP/MRP tools.
