Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain operations for a ghost kitchen concept. Responsibilities include demand planning, materials planning, inventory management, procurement coordination, warehousing, and outbound distribution to kitchen locations.

Ensure availability while controlling costs and optimizing waste. The role emphasizes GMP, SQF, FSQA compliance and data-driven KPI reporting, with a focus on perishable inventory and WMS/ERP/MRP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in food manufacturing, CPG, food service, or similar environment.
• 3+ years of demand and materials planning in a food production setting.
• Experience managing raw ingredients, finished products, and perishable inventory.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building planning trackers.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Experience with budget/working-capital targets and supplier coordination.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end demand and materials planning across ingredients, packaging, and SKUs.
• Balance inventory investment with working-capital targets while ensuring availability and controlling waste.
• Collaborate with procurement to execute strategy and manage supplier shortages and lead times.
• Oversee warehousing and outbound distribution; support WMS rollout and process improvements.
• Build planning trackers from large data extracts and own supply chain KPIs and reporting.
• Support GMP, SQF, FSQA, lot traceability, and proper controls for perishable inventory.
