We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Service Manager to lead and enhance our service department. This is an important role in our company as you will oversee the operations of our service department, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficiency. It is vital to have excellent leadership skills, work with others effectively, mediate any conflicts that may arise and communicate with staff, customers and vendors.

5+ years of experience in service operations and field related work. Deep knowledge of service management, technical (mechanical) knowledge, data/computer knowledge and experience implementing best practices within our operation. Experience in a leadership role, ability to drive change when needed and keep the service department moving forward.
