- Assist customers in the booking process and offer solutions to their travel-related questions.
- Effectively resolve issues related to reservations, changes, or cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve the overall customer experience.
- Inform clients about travel options and services offered by Booking.com.
- Gather customer feedback to drive service improvements.
