Job summary

Regnology is seeking a German-speaking Technical Writer to own and maintain German documentation for banking and regulatory reporting products. You will review content from product teams, ensure accuracy, and maintain consistency with how the software works.

You will craft clear, user-friendly documentation in German (and occasionally English), collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment. An interest in documentation-as-code and automation will be a plus.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency required (C1 ideally) and excellent written skills.
• Strong English proficiency for collaboration.
• Proven track record in technical documentation or regulatory reporting domains.

Responsibilities

• Author German-language documentation for banking/regulatory products.
• Review content authored by PMs, BAs and developers for accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure terminology, domain accuracy and consistency with software behavior.
• Structure complex topics to be clear and digestible for clients.
• Contribute to the shift toward documentation-as-code (Markdown/XML) where applicable.
