Qualifications

• 2+ years of UX research experience.
• Experience in HCI, design, or related fields.
• Bachelor's or Master's in HCI or Design.
• UX/Design certifications (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group)
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods; English and German at upper-intermediate levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare user research reports with insights, pain points and opportunities.
• Analyze surveys and trends to extract actionable findings.
• Create user personas representing archetypal users.
• Map end-to-end user journeys and identify friction points.
• Develop service blueprints detailing touchpoints across processes.
• Prepare usability testing reports with metrics and recommendations.
• Develop research-backed design recommendations for product development.
