Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to conduct interviews and communicate insights in both languages.
• Strong experience conducting qualitative user research and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent facilitation skills for interviews and research sessions with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative user research to inform product, design, and business decisions.
• Conduct research sessions and interviews in English and Spanish as needed.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback to guide concept development and experience improvements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute research activities including interviews, usability evaluations, and concept testing.
• Create research reports, executive summaries, insights presentations, and other documentation.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure findings inform decisions.
