Job summary

Andersen is seeking a UX Designer with German to design accessible digital interfaces and contribute to a scalable design system based on the Nova Design System. You will create UI components, high-fidelity prototypes, design specifications, and style guides across platforms.

In this role you will perform user research, create personas and journey maps, run usability tests, and advocate for accessibility. A 2+ year track record in UX design and fluent English and German at upper-intermediate+

Qualifications

• 2+ years of UX design experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in HCI/Design.
• UX research/design certifications (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group).
• English and German at upper-intermediate+ level.

Responsibilities

• Prepare user research reports with insights and recommendations.
• Create personas and journey maps.
• Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Document final UI designs and design system documentation and style guides.
• Conduct usability testing and iterative design improvements.
• Develop accessibility compliance recommendations and guidelines.
