• Maintain detailed records of user interactions and escalated technical issues to the relevant internal engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve software features and user safety protocols in the social media space.
• Contribute to the positive reputation of the brand by delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient communication.
• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Advanced proficiency in English to communicate within our multicultural office environment.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
