Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer care or technical support.
• Experience with technology products is a plus.
• Willingness to work office-based in Athens.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle ~25 customer contacts per day by phone and email.
• Assist customers with product, account and service inquiries.
• Provide basic technical troubleshooting and guide solutions.
• Identify opportunities to retain customers and upsell.
• Use multiple digital tools to manage customer cases.
