David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor. The role starts in Varna for one week of training, then remote work from Bulgaria with ongoing onboarding support.

The position offers a full-time contract with base salary plus performance bonuses. You will handle inquiries via voice and email, document interactions, and strive to resolve issues while maintaining GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at C1 level
• English language proficiency at B1 level
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle complaints professionally
• Good troubleshooting skills and technical understanding
• Comfortable working with customer service systems and processes
• Strong attention to detail when documenting interactions
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures
• EU citizenship or work eligibility in Bulgaria

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to German-speaking customers via voice and email

• Record all customer interactions accurately in relevant systems
• Manage product complaints and collect information for resolution
• Ensure issues are handled efficiently and within required processes
• Escalate product safety or regulatory concerns through defined channels

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• - Provide professional customer service to German-speaking customers via voice and email
• - Handle customer enquiries and resolve technical and billing-related issues
• - Record all customer interactions accurately in the relevant systems
• - Manage product complaints and collect all necessary information for resolution
• - Ensure customer issues are handled efficiently and within the required processes
• - Escalate product safety or regulatory concerns through the defined channels
• - Follow established quality standards, consumer safety requirements and GDPR procedures
• - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
• - Act as a professional brand ambassador during customer interactions
• - Identify and include appropriate sales and cross-sell opportunities during customer interactions
• - Share recurring customer issues and insights to support continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• - German language proficiency at C1 level and English language proficiency at B1 level
• - Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
• - Customer service, technical support or call centre experience is an advantage
• - Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• - Ability to handle complaints professionally
• - Good troubleshooting skills and technical understanding
• - Comfortable working with customer service systems and processes
• - Strong attention to detail when documenting customer interactions
• - Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• - EU citizenship or appropriate eligibility to work in Bulgaria.
