Regeneron is seeking a German-speaking recruiter (f/m/d) to join our Talent Acquisition team in Munich. The role supports DACH markets and other international recruitment, delivering end-to-end recruitment for professional-level roles while collaborating with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues.

• Full professional proficiency in German, written and spoken.
• Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for professional roles across German-speaking markets.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing through offer management and pre-boarding.
• Source and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, networks, and events.
• Develop sourcing strategies informed by German market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate drivers.
• Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners throughout the hiring process.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience while representing the employer brand.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data using applicant tracking, customer relationship management, and sourcing systems.
• Provide hiring metrics, pipeline insights, and market intelligence to Talent Acquisition leadership.
• You build trusted relationships and adapt candidate engagement to local market needs.
