Foundever is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international support team in Greece. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, with paid training, career development, and opportunities to work with international customers.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent level of German (C1/C2).
• Intermediate level of English (B2) both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Provide the highest level of support via phone/email/chat/social media.
• Give accurate, valid and complete information using the right procedures.
• Own the customer query and ensure timely resolution.
• Build meaningful relationships with courteous, friendly, professional communication.
• Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance, and productivity targets.
• Create an amazing customer experience that customers value.
