Job summary

Foundever is a global CX leader seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international support team in Greece. This is a full-time, remote position with paid training, career development, and opportunities to engage with international customers.

Candidates should be native or fluent in German (C1/C2) and have strong English (B2), as well as excellent communication skills. You must have EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece and be willing to work from home

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
• English proficiency at least B2, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for phone/email/chat.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece.
• Willingness to work from home / relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of support to our customers via various communication channels such as phone/email/chat/social media.
• Give accurate, valid and complete information by using the right procedures.
• Be the owner of the customer query and ensuring a timely resolution and response.
• Build meaningful relationship, answering customers questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Meet and exceed our customer service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets.
• Create amazing customer experience that people value and we are proud of.
• Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback.
