Foundever is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join its international support team in Greece. This full-time, remote role includes paid training and opportunities to work with international customers.

The candidate should be native or fluent in Dutch (C1/C2), with strong English (B2) and excellent communication skills. EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit is required, with eligibility to work from home.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent level of Dutch (C1/C2).
• Intermediate level of English (at least B2).
• Strong communication skills – phone, email, chat, and written.
• Analytical and problem-solving with attention to detail.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece.
• Availability to work from home.
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Greece.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of support to customers via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Give accurate, valid and complete information using the right procedures.
