Foundever is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international support team in Greece. This full-time, remote role offers paid training, career development, and opportunities to work with international customers.

Native or fluent German (C1/C2) and strong English (B2) are required. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, resolve issues, and strive to deliver exceptional service in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2).
• Intermediate English (B2) both verbal and written.
• Strong communication skills – phone, listening, writing.
• Analytical and problem solving with attention to detail.
• Willing to learn, curious investigator and problem solver.
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece.
• Availability to work from home.
• Local candidate or willing to relocate to Greece.

Responsabilités

• Provide the highest level of support to customers via phone, email, chat, or social media.
• Give accurate, valid, and complete information using proper procedures.
• Own the customer query and ensure timely resolution and response.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
• Meet and exceed customer service quality goals, compliance, and productivity targets.
• Create an amazing customer experience that customers value and we are proud of.
