Responsibilities include handling inquiries via calls and email, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering excellent service to a global customer base. Prior customer support experience is advantageous, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• C2 level in German.
• English at least B1–B2.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Adaptive skills and team spirit.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet business requirements.
• Answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines.
• Handle customer enquiries ensuring high level of service.
• Maintain accuracy and security of customer information in the database.
• Provide friendly and efficient service to a worldwide community.
• Identify and elevate issues appropriately.
• Monitor and control multiple concurrent tasks.
