speakit is seeking a highly communicative Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic, human-oriented team. The role focuses on assisting customers daily with medical devices, offering a fully remote position across Greece.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via calls and email, maintaining data accuracy, and delivering excellent service to a global customer base. Prior customer support experience is advantageous, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Formación

• C2 level in German.
• English at least B1–B2.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Adaptive skills and team spirit.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.

• Comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet business requirements
• Answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines/goals
• Be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring the highest level of service
• Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
• Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide community
• Identify and elevate issues appropriately
• Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks
• Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals

Requirements

• C2 level in German
• B1-B2 level English skills
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Adaptive skills and team spirit
• Previous customer support experience in a relevant role will be considered an advantage
